A quaint location that feels distant from the island’s best spots!!! The beach is underwhelming and often crowded. Heating issues plagued the pool, making it uninviting. Rooms, while nice, feel surprisingly cramped!!!

The Ritz-Carlton St Thomas boasts stunning views and a nicely renovated room, but service inconsistencies were evident. Check-in was lengthy and our cabana wasn't ready upon arrival. While some staff were attentive, overall training seems lacking, particularly in dining where the food quality didn't meet expectations. This resort is suitable for families seeking a beach getaway but requires improvements to elevate the experience.

The property is stunning! breathtaking views of St John and a beautiful private beach made our stay unforgettable. Club level services were excellent, providing a luxurious experience!

the staff was super friendly and always made us feel welcomed. The ocean views were to die for! the beach was so nice, and we loved the water sports like snorkeling and kayaking that were included. also, the vibe was chill and laid back which made our stay even better. the food we tried, esp that chicken quesadilla, was really delicious. it felt like paradise for sure!

We enjoyed seven nights in an ocean-view room with a balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. The water sports offered right from the beach were exceptional! Be ready with water shoes since there are some rocky areas. For dinner, try the upscale restaurants nearby. some are a short taxi ride away. Perfect for families, but explore other spots if you're looking for romance or vibrant nightlife.

The catering service from Ms. Reyes was exceptional, and the spa services provided much-needed relaxation. The unique Boat experience added unforgettable fun to our trip.

The food at the restaurants was quite limited, and the overall service was frustratingly slow. Additionally, the beach conditions were disappointing, with numerous rocks making entry into the water difficult.

The ocean view room was unforgettable, fantastic snorkeling excursions, and the spa services were surprisingly soothing.

the aquatic aerobics and yoga classes were fun. some rooms need updates badly.
