As business guests, we loved the stunning property that seamlessly blends old world charm with modern updates. The pools and private beach were fantastic, and the views of St. John and beyond took our breath away. The variety of dining options made it easy to enjoy a wide range of world cuisine without having to leave the hotel. The 24/7 pools and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a busy day. The room was immaculate, and the in-room dining exceeded our expectations every time. We highly recommend the Coconut Cove restaurant, just a short walk along the cove to the club side, for delicious meals like jerk chicken and jerk chicken creamy pasta. We also had a fantastic time on the hotel's sunset catamaran cruise, the perfect way to end our stay in this magical place. We can't wait to return!

We loved the location of the hotel, right on the beach and with beautiful views of the bay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a lovely balcony. The staff provided outstanding service, greeting us with a bottle of champagne and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety to choose from.

The hotel's beautiful grounds and well-maintained rooms truly exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the friendly and accommodating staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as slow service in the bars and the pricey food, the overall experience at The Ritz-Carlton was truly exceptional. The Alloro restaurant, in particular, stood out as an exquisite dining option.

Cleanliness is excellent, staff is friendly, and the pool and grounds are well-maintained. Great overall experience.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands for a short vacation. The property had just been remodeled and it was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice and roomy bathrooms. The staff at the resort was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort was conveniently located near the Red Hook ferry, making it easy for us to explore the neighboring island of St. John. Despite some minor issues with restaurant service and slow kitchen production, the food at the resort's restaurants was excellent. The resort also had a fitness center, which was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with my workouts while on vacation. I had a great stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Spent Christmas at this resort and the weather was lovely. Free cocktails and snacks by the pool were a nice touch. the location near the beach was the best aspect of this place.

Waited hours for food, and some of the portions were small. Some of the meals were overcooked and inedible.
