I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the tropics. The location on this beautiful island is simply breathtaking. I loved being surrounded by stunning beaches and the serene bay. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the friendly shuttle operators to the helpful housekeeping staff, everyone was excellent. The hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the luxurious bathrooms. I also enjoyed the variety of activities available, such as swimming in the outdoor pool and exploring the beach. The hospitality here was outstanding, and I felt truly pampered throughout my stay.

The resort was not ideal for a romantic getaway, as it was very family-oriented and lacked peace and quiet. the food was also disappointing, so we found ourselves eating out in town for better options.

The Westin Heavenly mattresses provided enhanced comfort and ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly and always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. The beach area was fantastic, and we took advantage of the complimentary kayaks to explore Great Cruz Bay. The hotel's dock made it convenient for us to book day trips on catamarans for sailing and snorkeling. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to families.

Despite the proximity to the pool, our room was very quiet. The villa was very comfortable, and we loved the Westin Heavenly mattresses. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The beach area was wonderful, and we took advantage of the complimentary kayaks to paddle around the bay. Having the dock right there on the property made it so easy to reserve and take off for a day out on a catamaran for sailing and snorkeling, or to catch the large catamaran water taxi back.

We stayed at the Westin in Cruz Bay for a week and enjoyed our sea view room close to the pool and beach. The resort was not crowded, and we had a good view of the bay at sunset. The included water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding were a great addition, and the sports equipment rental was reasonably priced. The pool was perfect for both kids and adults, and we also enjoyed having a small market nearby for groceries and alcohol. we felt comfortable and had a great time.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel in VINP. The 2 bedroom with loft layout was perfect for us, and the fitness center was impressive. We loved the kitchen in our condo, as well as the outdoor gas grills for cooking. The sea view room near the pool and beach was ideal, and the included water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding were a great bonus. The pool was a good size, and the resort never felt crowded. The small market nearby was convenient for groceries and alcohol, with a good selection at reasonable prices. Being close to town made dining out easy.
