The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The included tour to the silk village was interesting and enjoyable.

We had a blast at this resort! The pool and free bike rental were perfect for our party people lifestyle. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were huge. The spa was amazing and we highly recommend getting a massage. The breakfast selection was great, with both local and continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager was fantastic. The location was convenient and the grounds were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The resort is beautifully landscaped and offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The complimentary shuttle buses to the town were convenient and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Clean hotel, good value for money, easily accessible ancient town. Interconnected rooms perfect for families. Nice pools, although water was warm due to hot weather.

The location was also convenient for exploring the nearby town and beach. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere by the pool and the attentive pool attendants who made sure we were comfortable.

Our room had some maintenance issues that needed attention and the vegetarian options on the menu were limited. the shuttle service had limited availability during certain times of day which made it difficult to plan our activities.

the Spa & wellness centre provided an unforgettable experience with their expert massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation with its comfortable sun loungers and stunning garden area. the restaurant and poolside snack bar were top-notch, providing delicious and satisfying meals.

The only minor issue I encountered was some noise from the entertainment area during the evening, which made it slightly difficult to relax. the staff promptly called to apologise and offered a complimentary drink at the bar as a solution.
