I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Buenos Aires. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from Plaza de Mayo and the historic cafe Tortoni. Additionally, there was a great Italian restaurant nearby that I highly recommend. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. I especially appreciated how soundproof they were, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel staff, including Adrian and the other employees at the restaurant, reception, bar, cleaning ladies. The hotel's proximity to outdoor markets and three metro lines made getting around this city a breeze.

As a tourist, I loved the central location of the hotel, close to Plazo de Mayo and Casa Rosada. It was also convenient for accessing the Puerto Madero area and San Telmo market. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with nice wood floors, a Nespresso machine, and a smart TV. The staff at the front desk, especially Pilar and Alejo, were incredibly kind and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the late checkout they allowed me.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints.

I had an excellent experience at Nh Collection Centro Historico. During my stay, I had to pick up opera tickets from the Theatre Colon, and Pilar Ovando, the evening Reception/Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond by making two trips on her days off to get the tickets for me. This saved me valuable time and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff was exceptional, friendly, and always helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. The location was great - right in the heart of the city, close to many tourist attractions. Plus, they offered a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby. However, this did not affect my overall positive experience at this hotel.
