Recently visited on a road trip holiday and this hotel was our favorite stop! Our spacious 4th floor room had a beautiful view across the lake. Convenient location for shops, dining, and getting back on the highway. Great parking, good WiFi, and a lovely pool area. Staff were pleasant and breakfast had delicious options like French toast and vanilla Greek yogurt. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

We got an excellent value for our money with a free upgrade to a room with a stunning lake view. The staff at the hotel were courteous and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by.

The breakfast selection could have been better, especially the toasters which took a long time to toast the bread.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the clean and inviting rooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect, situated in the quiet Flour business park with beautiful views of a small lake and jogging trails nearby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in an area with access to a variety of different restaurants, just a short walk across the bridge.

I had a fantastic stay on the 8th floor with a superb view of the front parking lot. The hotel was quiet and had a great atmosphere in the lobby. The front desk clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was perfect for me and my partner, and we loved the classy and comfortable ambiance. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to various nearby restaurants in the Richmond area, just across the creek. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, parking, and transportation were excellent.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Place in Sugar Land. The hotel was easy to find and located in a safe area. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful lake view. The hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job. The front desk personnel were extremely cordial and always willing to assist. The free breakfasts were satisfying and the hotel offered ample parking. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I booked Hyatt because we needed a shuttle to take us to MD Anderson and the drivers were incredibly helpful and kind. The location was convenient for getting around, the room was clean, and it was close to Sugarland town square. The customer service was exceptional, as Lauren upgraded us to a room with a lake view. The breakfast options were great and the staff were accommodating. Highly recommend for business, leisure, or a weekend getaway.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and many restaurants. The view from the window of our room was also lovely. they provided a complementary breakfast buffet and complementary wifi.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. At check-in, they made a big deal about the reservation being under my name and wouldn't let my husband check-in without me.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. the location was fantastic, with a footbridge connecting the hotel to several great places across the lovely creek. The area of Sugarland is also wonderful, with access to a variety of different restaurants. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the lakeside view. The pull-out sofa bed was an added bonus, and I appreciated that the rooms were pet-free. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included made my stay even more enjoyable.
