The decor of the hotel is of a high standard and the room was perfectly adequate. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The service from the staff was thoughtful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Our Jr Suite was big and comfortable, and we had a good experience at the spa. The pool was warm and the sauna and steam rooms were excellent. We also enjoyed a facial that was as good as expected from a 5-star hotel.

I would recommend Weisses Roessl to friends. However, I would advise them to take the train instead of the expensive airport shuttle.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities, including an indoor swimming pool with a beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers. The Spa & wellness centre is exceptional, with a variety of services such as body wraps, full body massage, facials, and foot massages. The treatment rooms are comfortable and offer privacy. The restaurant serves a Continental breakfast and offers special diet menus. The bar/lounge area is cosy and perfect for relaxing after a day on the ski slopes. The staff is accommodating and provides packed lunches for guests.

The only negative aspect of this venue was the limited space in the Spa lounge. While everything else was fantastic, the lounge was a bit too small, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax before or after treatments.

My husband and I had a wonderful four-night stay at the recently renovated hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and nice. We stayed in a spacious, rustic, and stylish room. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the small but nice gym with modern equipment. The indoor pool was perfect for lap swimming and offered reclining chairs for relaxing. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to restaurants, bars, bus stops, and the ski lifts. Lastly, we had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's partner restaurant, Zuma, which offered phenomenal Japanese cuisine.

Great staff and location! The breakfast was very good with plenty of options and the spa was clean and relaxing. The view from the balcony was stunning and we enjoyed watching the snow falling outside.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the room was quite small.
