The location was super convenient, with a tram stop and a beautiful palace nearby. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us store our luggage, despite a small hiccup with the sister concern. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed in the living room. The amenities like air conditioning and floor heating were mind-blowing, making our stay very comfortable. The studio was brand new and affordable, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with the train station and the old town within a short walk. The kitchenette with a Nespresso machine was a jaw-dropping perk for breakfast, and the staff was extremely friendly.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - spacious rooms with a comfortable sofa area made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, near the beautiful Mirabell Garden and within walking distance to the train and bus stations. The staff were incredibly hospitable, offering complimentary soft drinks, beer, red wine, and snacks, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this great loft accommodation close to everything. the automated check-in with the app was a convenient feature, allowing us to check in whenever it suited us. the modern and comfortable apartment exceeded our expectations. Despite our chaotic arrival with a toddler and an infant, the lady manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, even getting us into our apartment ahead of schedule. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in the area. the experience added to our positive impression of the city, which is surrounded by beautiful mountains and definitely worth exploring.
