At this place, we were greeted by two friendly and helpful staff members at reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, this venue is conveniently located within a short distance from the center, making it easy for us to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. We were also pleased with the quality of the daily trips and city tour arranged by the hotel. The pool on the rooftop provided magnificent sunsets, and the sauna and gym facilities were an added bonus. The breakfasts were also enjoyable, and we appreciated the shuttle service to the nearby shopping center.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as the outdated condition of the property, particularly the carpet in the corridors that had an unpleasant odor. The lifts also experienced some issues.

Spent New Year in a hotel with loads of comfort and the best value for money. Hotel staff was friendly, accommodating & offered two complimentary facts. the location offered good proximity to the major sightseeing spots and a mall. Enjoyed a luxurious bed and a clean, comfortable and sizable room, ideal for those essential post-celebration lie-ins.

Poor water policy with 5 water glasses being charged over 50BRL. Room service was overpriced and did not live up to expectations.
