The hotel was strategically located, making it convenient for us as a larger group of friends. It was close to the tournament in Brampton, which was the main reason for our trip. Additionally, its proximity to the greater Toronto area and Pearson airport was a huge advantage for us, as it made our travel plans much more manageable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering two double beds that provided ample space for all of us. The bathroom was well-maintained and spacious, allowing us to freshen up easily. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The restaurant and facilities were excellent, providing a pleasant experience overall.

The breakfast staff's attitude left much to be desired. Unfortunately, both the Chinese and Indian servers lacked the necessary customer service skills and failed to treat guests with respect.

The hotel had a nice open dining area on the main floor. My husband enjoyed the pool and it was in a quiet and safe location. the hotel was simple, comfortable, and clean.
