The value for money at Butterfly was great, with a surprisingly big and comfortable room. The location was super convenient, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us really well, and even surprised my friend with a birthday cake.

The breakfast option could have been better, maybe with more variety or healthier choices.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the airport express and close to an outdoor street market. We loved being in the city center and having easy access to all the attractions. The service provided by Molly and the rest of the staff was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with amenities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. We especially appreciated the in-room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.

Great location close to shops, markets, restaurants, and public transport. Portable internet access via Handy Phone was convenient. Clean hotel with good value. Family room had decent size for family of 4 with two queen beds. Close to many good eateries within 5 mins walk.

Our room was superb - clean, spacious, and had an excellent shower with hot water at all times. the hotel is in a central location, walking distance to the Central MTR and very easy to get around the city from here. I recently stayed at Butterfly on Wellington for a business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with directions and calling cabs. The lobby was cozy and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was convenient with plenty of eateries nearby. The design of the hotel was a mix of modernity and classy Chinese, and the bed and bathroom were practical and comfortable. a great stay with excellent service.

Great location, centrally located between Soho and the main central area, with easy access to the escalators to mid, levels. Good room size, especially considering it's Hong Kong, and comfortable accommodation. Convenient access to public transportation and attractions, allowing for easy exploration of the city.

Construction noise during the day, but it was only from 8am, 6pm and didn't bother me since I was already up and ready to go out. Noisy air, conditioner at times, which disturbed my sleep.

For our stay here, we were impressed by its central location. We easily walked to various popular attractions within 10 minutes from this place. Additionally, we appreciated the 4G modem with unlimited data providing us with great connectivity throughout our stay. The staff here are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We also appreciated the heavy curtains in the room that allowed us to get some much-needed sleep after a long flight.

We had an amazing stay at Butterfly. the location was perfect, with easy access to both Central and Sheung Wan MTR stations, as well as Hong Kong Station for the Airport Express. Our room on the 25th floor offered stunning views of the city. the hotel even provided free coffee in the mornings and the service was outstanding. We also lucked out with a late check-out. For the price we paid, it was a steal. Next time we visit HK, we'll consider staying in TST or Kowloon Island, but we'll definitely look for a Butterfly hotel.
