The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu in Chengdu had flawless finishes, sensational smell, and exceptional service. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. The gym facilities were fantastic with a wide range of equipment. The room was luxurious with comfortable amenities and a birthday surprise.

It was well-appointed with modern amenities and had a lovely view of the city. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and access shopping and dining options. Additionally, the staff provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the initial communication during check-in was poor, with staff lacking knowledge and appearing confused.

The location was also excellent, with the hotel situated in the city center, close to Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and People's Park. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view from both the room and lobby showcased the surrounding city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even accommodating our request for an extra bed for our child without hesitation. The hotel was immaculate, with great facilities and eating options, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. If we visit this city again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton in Chengdu exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, decorating my room with balloons, flowers, and even a personalized birthday cake. Belle from Guest Relations truly made it a memorable experience. The hotel also took care of all my special requests, including late check-out and a Kids Safari package for my daughter. The club lounge team, Kris, Amber, and Zerro, provided genuine and accommodating service. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful service and attention to detail.

The hotel is located on the upper floors of a skyscraper, offering stunning panoramic views of the city. The lobby and Spices Restaurant on the 25th floor provide a beautiful ambiance and exquisite marble decor. The hotel is conveniently situated near People's Park and is in close proximity to a really nice restaurant in IFS that we visited. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel.

The only drawback we noticed was that the gym could use some updating in terms of equipment and maintenance.

The hotel decor, facilities, and food were excellent. The staff were attentive and welcoming, remembering personal preferences. Miss Fann, the hotel manager, provided prompt and efficient service. the best hotel experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Staying at this hotel was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities included a Spa & wellness centre, an Indoor swimming pool, and a Sauna. the Spa centre had a variety of treatments, including a Body scrub and a Massage, and the Spa lounge was perfect for relaxing after the treatments. the location advantages were also great, with a Leisure/ TV room and a Sun terrace. the room advantages were exclusive, with a private balcony and a beautiful view.

The only minor issue was with the Packed lunches, which didn't have many options for special diet menus. the staff was very accommodating and happy to provide alternatives.

The value for money at this hotel is unbeatable! The room was spacious and luxurious, with high-quality finishes and attention to detail. The location was convenient, with easy access to main sites and affordable transportation options. The staff treated us like royalty, with friendly and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to our English-speaking guide Yami for making our stay even more enjoyable.
