The hotel had beautiful gardens with a variety of animals walking around, creating a unique and lively atmosphere. the pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently only a short drive from the airport. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had its own beach, even though it was not directly next to the sea, it still provided a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink.

One downside was that the service in the restaurant was a bit slow, especially when it came to getting salads and drinks. Additionally, the breakfast buffet felt chaotic and more like a cafeteria, which was a disappointment.

The hotel is located in the area of Bocagrande, within walking distance of many great restaurants and a hop off hop on bus stop across the street. The complex offers several sitting areas, one in a garden with toucans, small deer, and other animals walking around. The junior suites are spacious and clean, equipped with great air conditioning. The hotel serves a nice breakfast.

The internet connection was spotty in certain locations throughout the complex.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, part of the Radisson Individuals group. the room was quiet and mosquito-free, and the staff were very helpful. It was convenient to have a taxi right at the front door, making it easy to explore the historical center. the hotel's beautiful surroundings felt like a small jungle, with exotic animals and a lovely pool area. the breakfast was absolutely tremendous, and the restaurant by the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. it was a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even surprised me with a cupcake and balloons for my birthday. The hotel room on the newly renovated side was spacious. The breakfast stations were constantly replenished with delicious food and juice. The hotel had a beautiful pool and a friendly environment, perfect for both kids and adults. The hotel facilities, including the clean rooms and comfortable beds, were excellent. The location was close to everything we needed, and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of local and international food. it was great value for our money. We would definitely go back.
