We recently had a romantic escape at a secluded hotel on a stunning beach with a lovely little restaurant that served delicious sushi, burgers, and wraps. We loved the location, which was a short beach walk away from the main hub, but still had plenty of cool seating areas for sunset drinks. We also appreciated how we were warmly welcomed by the staff who made us feel right at home.

While the hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway, it may not be the best choice for those who want a gym or spa. the sofa bed was not very comfortable for a fifth person, and the beach itself was rocky and not ideal for swimming.

Our stay here was luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. The room was spacious, well-decorated and had exclusive amenities that enhanced our experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. The restaurant provided high-quality food, and the outdoor dining area was an incredible experience. The spa and wellness centre provided excellent massage services that left us feeling rejuvenated. The sun terrace with sun loungers and garden area were relaxing. Location-wise, this hotel offered beach access and a peaceful atmosphere.

We only had one minor issue; the lack of screen doors allowed insects into the room.

The bathroom is well-maintained and even has a half bath. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, offering warm greetings and attentive service. The breakfast is out of this world, with a variety of delicious options and stunning views. The hotel also offers facilities like a private pool and beach seating areas.

Some reviews mention that the beach in front of the hotel is rocky and not suitable for swimming, but there are safe swimming spots within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at Gigi Brown in Playa Santa Teresa. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach, beautiful rocks, and even horses riding by. The property is small and stylish, with a lovely restaurant serving delicious food and cocktails. The owner, Jorge, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The private pool in our villa was a great touch, and the themed decorations added a unique touch to the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The sofa bed in our accommodation was not very comfortable for our teenage sleeper. Additionally, swimming directly in the ocean from the beach was difficult due to rocks, so we had to walk a bit to find a safe swimming area.

Exceptional staff, private plunge pools, high-level food, romantic pagodas, quiet beach, pleasant walk to Playa Carmen.
