No hot springs pool to enjoy!!! Toilet annoyance with loud noises when running!!! Getting around can be tricky without a vehicle, as it's quite a distance from town. The lack of water points for refilling bottles is inconvenient!!!

The wi-fi only reaches common areas, leaving the rooms disconnected!!! The laundry noise at ungodly hours was quite the disturbance!!! A little more attention to cleaning around the pool would go a long way!!!

The breakfast selection was quite good. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, and great coffee every morning. The pools were beautiful, and the view of the volcano was breathtaking.

The check-in experience could be improved. I felt a bit rushed as if my questions were an inconvenience.

The location is perfect for those wanting to unwind—it’s outside of La Fortuna yet close enough for easy access. We had such a great value-price ratio and loved the beautiful views of the volcano. The breakfast was delicious too (don’t miss the fresh fruit! ).

Couldn't ask for more.
