wonderful hotel. excellent service and very friendly staff. transfer to the sea with incendiary dominican songs. rooms well cleaned. breakfast delicious. sad to leave. recommend to everyone. perfect stay during relaxing spa holidays in punta cana.

We had a great time at the resort. the property was beautiful and the pool area with a snack bar was fantastic. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff. We felt safe and secure during our stay, thanks to the attentive security at the gate. the location was convenient, with a mini mart and pizzeria just a minute's walk away. it was a really nice place and we were happy with our experience at Whala! Urban.

The room had some issues, such as a non-working air conditioner and a toilet that wouldn't flush. We were only given one room key, which also controlled the lights and air conditioning.

The breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good, much better than we expected! They had a nice variety of options and everything tasted fresh. Another positive aspect was the spacious and comfortable room. the bed was big and cozy, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained. It was a nice place to relax after a long day of activities.

The issue with the safe in our room. It was locked when we arrived and we had to argue with reception to get it opened.

The pool and pool area at Whala!Urban were absolutely fantastic. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the beautiful surroundings. The pool provided the perfect escape from the heat and was a great place to relax and unwind.

We experienced some issues with the AC in our room. It wasn't cooling properly and made the room quite uncomfortable and humid.
