wonderful hotel. excellent service and very friendly staff. transfer to the sea with incendiary dominican songs. rooms well cleaned. breakfast delicious. sad to leave. recommend to everyone. perfect stay during relaxing spa holidays in punta cana.

We had a great time at the resort. the property was beautiful and the pool area with a snack bar was fantastic. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff. We felt safe and secure during our stay, thanks to the attentive security at the gate. the location was convenient, with a mini mart and pizzeria just a minute's walk away. it was a really nice place and we were happy with our experience at Whala! Urban.

The room had some issues, such as a non-working air conditioner and a toilet that wouldn't flush. We were only given one room key, which also controlled the lights and air conditioning.

The breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good, much better than we expected! They had a nice variety of options and everything tasted fresh. Another positive aspect was the spacious and comfortable room. the bed was big and cozy, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained. It was a nice place to relax after a long day of activities.

The issue with the safe in our room. It was locked when we arrived and we had to argue with reception to get it opened.

The pool area with snack bar was beautiful. The first-floor room was excellent for us as old people. The property was very clean and secure. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

The pool and pool area at Whala!Urban were absolutely fantastic. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the beautiful surroundings. The pool provided the perfect escape from the heat and was a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel was perfect for a short getaway. The location was amazing, we were right at the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The noise level at the hotel, especially during the evenings. The hotel seemed to be full of locals who partied by the pool until 10 pm, making it quite noisy.

The pool is nice, gym is basic but ok. Breakfast also ok. Venue is beautiful, got a lot for the price. Pool and side bar are great. Free breakfast in the morning was the best. Drinks and food poolside were awesome. Everything super clean. Employees professional and caring.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and gym facilities. the hotel was close to the beach and provided shuttle services to the beach and other attractions. I also enjoyed meeting some friendly staff members who guided me through the stay.

The location was a major disappointment. There were hidden charges for transport services.
