The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a delicious meal or a drink. the quality of service and the attention to detail at this hotel were simply impressive.

Excellent service standards; they offered us a room after check-out to shower before our late-night flight, without any questions. The team was well-coordinated, ensuring a smooth check-in and accommodating all our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The rain shower had great pressure and constant heated water. The bar had a cool 60's American feel, and the location was convenient with good metro connectivity. I would recommend this hotel for its value and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as rain showers and separate toilet areas. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, accommodating guests' requests and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some guests experienced issues with the bathroom facilities, such as blocked lavatories. It would have been preferable if the hotel had offered alternative rooms immediately instead of waiting for the issue to be resolved the following day.

Spent New Year’s Eve at a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. It’s conveniently located near shops and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. the French breakfast was delicious and the bar had great food options. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained with good quality toiletries provided. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful touch of having a coffee maker in the room.

The surrounding area was not the best as there were a few drunk people around. It was a lively neighborhood during the day and night, but it also meant that there was some noise at night.
