The location couldn't be better, just minutes from

the S-Bahn station and major attractions. The spacious rooms were well-kept, but I did wish for coffee-making facilities. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were particularly attentive and knowledgeable, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

I stayed for three nights in a comfortable room. The location was ideal, close to many attractions. The staff were helpful when my door had an issue, fixing it promptly. However, I found the noise from the street quite bothersome at night. I also wished there had been coffee-making facilities in the room. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I probably would look for somewhere quieter next time. As a European traveler, this was a mixed experience for me.

Wicked nice location near the subway and Marienplatz. Had to power cycle the Wi-Fi router every few hours—what a hassle! But the room was a good size and comfy with a big balcony. Didn’t expect it to be this noisy from the street, but the soundproofing helped a bit.

The spot is pretty sweet, just about 10 mins to the main square and really close to the subway. Staff were super friendly, helped with all our requests—like getting us extra pillows! The breakfast was yummy, and we loved hanging out in the lounge area. Just a bit noisy at night with street sounds, but nothing too crazy.

i must say, the noise was unbearable, and the air conditioning barely worked. also, the spa was just a basement sauna, and absolutely no one even bothered to check on it. honestly, i expected a complimentary upgrade after all that inconvenience but was treated like any other guest. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The wifi was absolutely terrible. not great when trying to download everything. the 'spa' is a sauna in a basement with no pool—seriously? No one even bothered to attend to it! I expected premium treatment, yet I was just a regular guest. almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a good night’s sleep in a balcony room which was just what we needed after a long day walking around. The staff was super friendly and let us use the sauna and gym area to freshen up before our late flight everything was clean and modern like it should be.
