I was pleasantly surprised by the strategic location of Bayer's City Hotel. Being so close to the main station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel has an agreement with a public parking, which allowed me to park just 200 meters away for a fixed amount of 15 €/day.

While the parking option was convenient, I must admit that having a closer parking would have been even better. However, this is only a small flaw in an otherwise positive experience.

The hotel is located near the central station which is very convenient. The staff at the 24x7 front desk are helpful and the rooms have pretty good bathrooms with comfy beds.

The neighborhood may seem dodgy but we never felt unsafe walking around.

The hotel is located really close to the main train station in Munchen, making it convenient for travelers. It is in the center of all the strip clubs and pretty close to the central station. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and sleek decor. The bathroom facilities are also clean, with good shower pressure and hot water. The staff is reasonably friendly and the check-in/check-out process is fast and easy.

One negative aspect is the lack of coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms.

Conveniently close to train station. New furnishings, modern decor. Friendly staff. Bright, crisp color scheme. Simple, functional rooms. Pleasant shower, handy heating. Easy to move around the city. Outstanding receptionists. Well-balanced soft bed. Free toiletries and fluffy slippers.

One drawback was the semi-transparent shower and glass-walled toilet in the room. While it may be suitable for couples on a weekend getaway, it lacked privacy when staying with a friend or needing more personal space.

We were also impressed by the efficient elevator and the added security of locked hotel doors. We would definitely stay here again.
