The location was perfect for exploring Athens by foot. Our room was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for 2 people. It was also really quiet! The breakfast was lovely. The staff were excellent. The reception staff in particular were really helpful even before we arrived for our stay. The hotel has two fantastic dining options - an informal bistro type dining facility on the ground floor and a Michelin quality restaurant on the 6th floor. The menu downstairs for breakfast and informal dining - light meals, snacks, lunch is highly innovative and everything served to us was presented beautifully with flair and tasted great - their version of a Greek salad is a thing of beauty. We met and got to know wonderful staff during our two night stay, all of whom were exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional. Wifi is strong. The room is clean and comfortable.

There were also convenient amenities nearby such as a post office, pharmacy, and banks with ATMs. the bed linen in the room was luxurious, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I return to this city.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering welcome drinks and personalized notes. There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the noise from the street was quite disruptive, so light sleepers may want to request a room not facing the street.

The walls were quite thin, so it could get a bit noisy in the mornings when people were coming in and out. The cleaning staff also made quite a bit of noise.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and included a range of dishes from poached eggs to pastries. What we loved most was the hotel's prime location as it was close to all the main attractions. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and Agora, and there were lots of fantastic restaurants and gift shops nearby. the room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully clean, with an amazing view from the top.

The heating in our room. the temperature was quite high and we struggled to get a good night's sleep as a result.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! the luxurious facilities and exclusive amenities made me feel truly pampered. the Spa & wellness centre provided amazing massages and beauty treatments in a tranquil setting. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing in the sun. the restaurant served delicious meals with the option of in-room breakfast. the catering service and special diet menus were also exceptional. the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to a nearby beach and entertainment options.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment provided by the hotel. this was not a major concern as there were plenty of nearby options to explore.
