The location was perfect, close to everything in Kuta. I could easily walk to the convenience store and find local attractions. Plus, it was just a short walk across the road to the beach.

During our stay at Hard Rock Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing entertainment options available. The pool games were a hit with our kids and kept them entertained for hours. We also loved the live band performances at "centrestage" - they really knew how to rock the stage! we had a fantastic time filled with non-stop fun and excitement. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for great entertainment options during their vacation.

Unforgettable rockstar experience at Hard Rock Hotel! From the spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, to the stylish decor and speakers for my iPhone, everything was on point. The high level of security with a personal pin code for the safe and card access to the corridors gave me peace of mind. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to with a personalized password. The pool area was massive and perfect for families, with different sections to suit everyone's preferences. The breakfast spread was a delight for food lovers. a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the pool was definitely the best aspect of the hotel, with its size and amenities keeping both kids and adults happy. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

One major disappointment was the inconsistency with the smoking rules. On the first day, we were allowed to smoke around the pool and inside near the main reception, but on the second day, a new rule was implemented banning smoking outside by the pool.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of popular attractions and shopping areas. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was fantastic, with lots of activities and areas to explore. the buffet breakfast was enjoyable, although it could have had a wider variety of options. a great experience.

The corridors were noisy, which could be improved with better soundproofing. There was also a shortage of storage space in the room, with not enough coat hangers or towel racks.

Loved the vibe of this hotel! Found a wide variety of activities to do, from lounging by the pool, to enjoying the buyable cabanas, to trying out the Body Rock and Rock spa. the location couldn't be better, with a beach just across the street and amazing shopping and food options nearby. It was also fun to have so many options of pools to swim in, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Although it was a great experience, the drinks were a bit overpriced and the pillows were too soft for my preference. while the kids' club was entertaining for our children, it wasn't enough to make them want to go again.
