The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was outdated, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues during my stay. The noise from cars and motorcycles outside was unbearable, especially on a Friday night. Additionally, I felt neglected when I approached the front desk, as the staff seemed more preoccupied than attentive. Lastly, the housekeeping staff interrupted my sleep by entering the room without knocking, despite having a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign clearly displayed.

I appreciated the comfortable and clean room during my stay, with convenient amenities like a desk and chair for work. However, the breakfast could be improved with more variety, and I noticed some noise disturbances from outside. The free shuttle service made exploring the area easy, making it a suitable choice for travelers looking for value.

then, the pool had dirty green water and no one seemed to care! i thought i woudl at least get some sort of complimentary drink as an apology, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. disappointing, to say the least, given the hype.

Request room service early in the day if you want your room cleaned—it's not done automatically. Also, try the oatmeal at breakfast.

The location was convenient with many dining options nearby. Check-in was a bit slow, and the noise from outside was disruptive at night.

Our stay featured a spacious, clean room that pleasantly surprised us, thanks to its retro design. The beds were very comfortable, making our one-night stay enjoyable. The location was advantageous, close to attractions like the Crown Center. Danielle at the front desk provided excellent assistance, ensuring a smooth experience despite minor noise disturbances outside.

Proximity to the National WWI Memorial, complimentary shuttle service within a 2-mile radius, decent local dining options nearby

Parking fees are on the high side!!! The elevators could use an update due to their small size and slow operation. I noticed some maintenance issues in my room, such as a buzzing light fixture and a malfunctioning bathroom door. The decor is definitely past its prime, making the stay feel a little dated!!!

My family loved the spacious Queen Room with 2 Queen Beds. it was clean and had the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! The complimentary shuttle service was a great perk, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the WWI Museum. I also enjoyed the large breakfast variety, especially the delicious Belgian waffles every morning!

I enjoyed my stay with great breakfast options, although I wish there were more choices for meat like turkey sausage without the bun. The indoor pool and lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection could definitely use some more variety, especially in fresh fruits! 😊
