The staff at Fairfield Inn went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. When I discovered small blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases, they immediately provided me with new ones. I appreciated their prompt response and attention to detail. Additionally, the lady at the breakfast area who made the waffles was extremely friendly and made my mornings enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and friendly staff.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to everything we planned to see in KC. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the common areas like the hallways were spotless. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, including Zach, Sunni, and William, were all very helpful, professional. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to assist us. The transportation service, especially the shuttle driver Claude, was outstanding. Claude was friendly, personable, and gave us great tips about the city that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He was always punctual, making sure we reached our destinations on time.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Additionally, the view from our room was not the best as it overlooked a parking lot.

One downside of our stay was the noise level in the hotel. We could hear loud conversations and doors slamming, which was a bit disruptive.

The breakfast is phenomenal with a good variety, and the shuttle service is convenient. The walk to Crown Center is not bad either. The room size exceeded my expectations and had a huge television with access to Netflix, Hulu Plus, and HBO. The Paul Mitchell toiletries and huge fluffy bath towels were a nice touch. The room also had a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

We stayed at this place and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect and close to everything we needed, especially Westport. The staff is hospitable and provides great service. They offer an indoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The shuttle service was excellent and the driver went above and beyond to take us anywhere we wanted within 2 miles; he even came back to pick us up after hours!

Although we didn't use the fitness centre, we wish there had been a hot tub to go along with the indoor pool. But overall, we had an amazing experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
