Incredibly easy access to all the best attractions

I was thrilled to discover how close the hotel is to Niagara Falls, with the breathtaking American Falls just a 10-minute walk away and the Canadian Falls not much further, making every stroll around the area a delightful experience filled with stunning views; the hotel also offered friendly front desk staff and a cozy restaurant onsite for convenience, but the rooms do need some updating, especially the old carpet and furnishings.

Our room was such a letdown! It was noisy, right by the service elevator, and faced a wall. Plus, the AC leaked all over, and the cleaning was lackluster at best. Definitely not the relaxing getaway we hoped for.

Great spot for falls lovers

Awesome location, just a short walk to the falls. We got a room with a view of the fireworks, which was a sweet surprise. Room was spacious with all the amenities, like cable TV and coffee maker. Breakfast was tasty too.

The location near the Falls is fantastic, just a short walk away. Alayna at the front desk was incredibly helpful, even sending my Bible back after I left it behind. Clean room, comfortable bed, but the shower was lukewarm. Great personal tour by Mohammad with The Daily Trips. the staff seemed worn out, and the restaurant service was slow with overpriced meals. Mysterious noise from a generator disrupted my sleep, and I wasn't informed about the $75 incidental fee. The hotel definitely has potential, but it felt a bit run down and lacking in customer service energy.

The room’s proximity to the Falls was a highlight, providing stunning views, including fireworks visible from our window. the assigned room fell short with a wall view and noise from the service elevator. The bed was comfortable and the towels luxuriant. Temperature control worked well, but the ice machine was broken. The fridge was a nice touch, although prices for water were high. The indoor pool area was unusual, situated in a lobby space. A lack of clean breakfast options left much to be desired, and staff interaction could improve, particularly regarding room assignments.

The location is top-notch - you can't get any closer to the Falls without breaking the bank! Plus, having the Anchor Bar and Grill right there is a bonus for delicious food and great vibes. the pool and the proximity to the falls made it a breeze to keep the kids entertained without all the fuss of long walks or drives 👌. the only tiny snag was the morning breakfast staff being a bit frazzled, but dinner was fantastic, so no biggie! 🌟

Convenient stay with great location

The Holiday Inn Niagara Falls offered a spacious room and easy access to the falls, just a short walk away. The lift facilities were efficient. While I skipped breakfast, I enjoyed a pleasant dinner at the hotel, adding to the overall positive experience.
