The location is top-notch - you can't get any closer to the Falls without breaking the bank! Plus, having the Anchor Bar and Grill right there is a bonus for delicious food and great vibes. the pool and the proximity to the falls made it a breeze to keep the kids entertained without all the fuss of long walks or drives 👌. the only tiny snag was the morning breakfast staff being a bit frazzled, but dinner was fantastic, so no biggie! 🌟

holiday inn scenic downtown was a pleasant surprise! everything was new, very clean, and no odd smells. the staff was friendly and efficient, taking care of requests promptly. the location was great, close to the park and falls. the rooms and common areas were very clean, and the on-site parking was convenient. overall, a 7 out of 10, and the best views of the falls were just a short walk away. the anchor bar and grill restaurant on-site was a highlight, with great food and atmosphere.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the State Park, offering stunning views of the falls. Being able to walk to all the viewpoints made our romantic escape so much more enjoyable. the room was clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the river on clear days.

The rooms felt a bit dated, with worn carpets and an odd smell near the elevator. the staff's attitude left something to be desired, especially when it came to room requests.

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing! It was just a short walk to the bridge leading to Goat Island and within walking distance to all the amazing attractions. We were pleasantly surprised that parking was free, saving us some extra cash. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, making check-in a breeze. we had a super enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

The proximity to the Niagara Falls National Park was a huge plus, providing easy access to the natural wonder. the comfortable beds were a welcome retreat after a day of exploration. the friendly staff added to a pleasant stay.

The unheated swimming pool was a letdown, especially for kids sensitive to cooler temperatures. the inconsistent room amenities, like malfunctioning showers and poorly functioning AC, detracted from the overall experience.

so close to the falls and right across from the casino. Breakfast was pretty good, though slightly repetitive. Rooms were up to date but had some maintenance issues. Staff was friendly, but a bit disorganized. Definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic; We easily walked to Niagara Falls. The room was quiet and clean, although there were minor issues like flies and delays in check-in. The staff was friendly, despite some confusion with breakfast pricing. A decent stay with room for improvement.
