Y'all, I was mighty impressed with how clean and fresh this place was! Housekeeping always took care of us quick as a hiccup, and the indoor pool had my kids splashing around all night. Just wish the bathroom floors hadn't felt so sticky. We'd giggle and laugh every day—what a blast!

However, the elevators had an unpleasant odor, and some areas seemed in need of maintenance. It also felt a bit worn overall, diminishing the overall experience.

The indoor pool area is integrated into the lobby, creating a unique atmosphere, but lacks privacy. However, the elevators are outdated and not very clean, which detracts from the overall experience. Friendly staff made the stay pleasant, especially with quick responses to requests, yet maintenance issues should be addressed for a smoother visit.

Jol at this place, super clean rooms, and the brekkie was a lekker surprise—best we've had, no doubt! Plus, we got a nice view of the falls—like, wow!

Only thing that bugged me was a bit of noise from other guests—ag man, can't catch a break sometimes!

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the falls. We enjoyed visiting the 12,000 years of myths, miracles, and legendary feats at the Niagara Legends of Adventure film, which was perfect for our family of seven.

We stayed for one night and loved the view from our room! The lady at the tourism desk was super helpful with tips for exploring the area. Beds were comfy, which is a must after a long day. Just a heads up, the elevators could use a deep clean. The snack bar had some tasty options too.
