The evening atmosphere, with living fire all around and breathtaking sunsets, was truly memorable. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location at the end of the resort, and the friendly and professional staff made our stay outstanding.

Loved the stunning facilities and being surrounded by nature. the service was exceptional, especially the waiters who always had a smile and personalized our experience. the staff knew about my wife's allergies and accommodated our dietary restrictions. the dinner at the Aramara restaurant was a treat, with a professional and attentive staff. Can't wait to come back either with my company or on my own.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful beaches and opportunities for surfing and snorkeling. The transportation provided, including golf carts throughout the property grounds, made it easy to get around and explore.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food at the restaurants was exceptional and the service was always friendly. The pools were fantastic and we particularly enjoyed the adults-only pool for a quiet and relaxing experience. The fitness center was well-equipped and the spa offered a great massage. we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort hotel! The rooms may need an update, but everything else was outstanding. The staff greeted us with smiles and friendliness from the moment we arrived at the airport. The beach and pool options were great for both families and adult couples. The dining choices were delicious, and we particularly recommend the Bahía Beach restaurant. The customer service was top-notch, with little touches like agave water with tequila at check-in and refreshing treats delivered by the pool and beach staff. The resort had two beautiful beaches, perfect for swimming. an amazing place to spend a relaxing time at the beach!

Everything was spot on.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. During check-in, they greeted us with refreshing drinks that were perfect after a long journey. They were attentive and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a pack-n-play for our son when he fell asleep during dinner. The small touches like these really made a difference.
