The hotel is located on a flat sandy beach which is wonderful for relaxing. There are plenty of good food and drinks options available, and the staff are friendly and well-trained. Additionally, the room is spacious and comes with a comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom.

There were some complaints about cleanliness and safety, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach in a great area very close to the ocean. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning architecture and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and making sure our needs were met. The hotel also had a variety of services and facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness center. In terms of dining, the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. we were impressed with the quality of this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

The facilities and food were great, just what you would expect from a high, end hotel. the pools were clean and well, maintained, and the variety of food options was impressive. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, with a beautiful beach right in front and convenient access to bike and boogie board rentals.

The location was great, with easy beach access and a short walk to the resort areas. Covered parking was a plus, although it may not accommodate larger vehicles. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel perfectly on the coast. The rooms with wonderful views from the balcony were great, with a pullout sofa for extra guests. The staff was excellent and the service was impeccable. Breakfast at View 32 was fantastic, with a wide array of foods to choose from.

The room on the 3rd floor had a great view of the pools and was clean. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and a public park. the beds were very comfortable and the resort grounds were well, landscaped.

The check, in process was a bit slow and the front desk worker seemed distracted. There was a mix, up with the charges for a spa treatment, resulting in an unexpected and higher bill.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The staff at the hotel were friendly and treated us like VIP guests.

The resort exceeded our expectations! The pool area was stunning, especially at night with the lights and fountain. We enjoyed the outdoor bar and grill as well as the Carolina Room for breakfast.
