Perfectly situated near parks and popular attractions for explorers

I loved that this hotel was right off the highway making it super easy to access but also a short drive from awesome spots like the NASCAR Hall of Fame about 6 km away and beautiful Freedom Park about 4.5 km away where I could enjoy lovely walks while soaking in the surroundings with my family and kids but the hotel itself could use some improvement in service as I had some delays getting fresh towels.

The hotel was clean and well-organized inside. Unfortunately, the room had issues with noisy street racing and a broken toilet.

The room's decor was impeccable, but the temperature control was a significant issue. It was extremely hot, forcing us to wait in the hallway for maintenance. The bed was comfortable once I finally fell asleep. the cleanliness left much to be desired; one bed was not made, and we found ants in the bathroom. There was a lack of towels and linens, which required multiple requests. The noise level was manageable, but the overall experience could greatly improve with more attentive housekeeping and better temperature regulation.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelettes made by Ms. Lorraine.

The bar service was fantastic; the bartenders were friendly, and my Arrow Peach Snapps was perfectly made. Breakfast at the omelet station was a highlight—so attentive and delicious! the room was disappointing; there was mold in the fridge, and the furniture looked worn out. We faced a frustrating situation with no hot water and had to wait far too long to check in. While some staff were welcoming, others were noticeably inattentive. I loved the complimentary snacks, but the overall upkeep needs serious attention. It's a mixed bag, with great potential hampered by some major issues.

The location is super convenient. The beds are comfy and I slept like a baby. My room had nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Breakfast was delicious. The staff at the bar and front desk were friendly. The fitness centre looked good, but I didn't use it.

Breakfast was delicious and hot, thanks to the attentive ladies at the omelet bar. multiple issues arose. I was charged twice—a frustrating lack of response from the property followed. Bath linens were missing despite requests. The noise from sports teams created chaos, and the front desk staff could have been more accommodating during check-in. the room was uncomfortably hot, and maintenance communication was unclear. There’s potential here. The staff's kindness shines through, but several operational hitches need addressing.

The room was sweltering, and maintenance was never around when we needed them. We ended up with dirty sheets and a moldy air vent. Honestly, for the price, I expected way better! Never going back.
