The Embassy Suites Charlotte was conveniently located near the SouthPark Mall and offered spacious, newly renovated two-room suites with all the comforts of home. The atrium created a unique and enjoyable atmosphere for spending time with loved ones.

The hotel fell short on providing essential amenities such as bath clothes and face towels. the lack of preparedness by the housekeeping staff was concerning, and the oversight in customer service left a lasting negative impression.

During my recent business trip to Charlotte, my director booked our stay at Embassy Suites, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The hotel's indoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day of meetings. I also took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and enjoyed an invigorating exercise session. The coffee shop on-site was a convenient spot to grab a quick pick-me-up before heading out for the day. Additionally, I found the indoor pool to be a great place to relax and unwind, adding a pleasant touch to my stay.

Expected a bit more for the breakfast.

The spot had it all: comfy digs, tasty grubs, and a pool for a splash. I soaked in the atrium's vibes while sipping on a java. Stoked for the free brekky and shuttle rides! Easy peasy access to footy and the convention center. Two thumbs up for a chill time surrounded by swanky leafage. Even caught some z's with no fuss in the laptop spot. Gotta say, I strutted out feeling like a boss. Cheers to the good times!

Superb customer service with Marlon and Ibrahim. Excellent amenities with delicious breakfast. Minor issues with cleanliness and room supplies, but overall a great stay. Will return for future trips!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities at this all-suite hotel, especially the made-to-order breakfast. It felt like having a personal chef preparing a delicious meal just for me. The variety of options made it easy to start each day on a high note.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hot buffet had delicious tater tots. The shuttle service was prompt with no waiting time.

The breakfast had a fantastic hot bar where they cooked fresh eggs and omelets made to order. 🍳 The only small hiccup was a minor mix-up at check-in, but the rest of the stay more than made up for it!

I always return for a romantic escape. The helpful staff found me a place to exchange money on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, airport shuttle, fitness center, indoor pool, and breakfast. No pets or smoking.

There were maintenance and cleanliness issues in the room. We had missing remote control for the TV and a leaking faucet, causing a constant dripping noise.
