Lovely spacious suite. bar staff was great.

We love staying here because of the super spacious suites with living areas, which are perfect for relaxing with friends. The evening socials are a blast, offering great cocktails and snacks that keep the fun going. The location is spot on, surrounded by plenty of nightlife options that are just a short ride away, making it easy for us to find a good time without venturing too far.

The noise from nearby guests can be disruptive at times, especially at night.

i enjoyed my spacious suite and the free breakfast at the hotel, but the location was the best part, as it was just a short walk from discovery place nature and freedom park, making my city strolls all the more enjoyable.

The breakfast with made-to-order omelets had me comin’ back for more, and the indoor pool was a nice way to kick back after a long day. Only trouble was some noise outside that kept me up a bit, but the staff really shined when I needed new sheets. I’d give it another go.

My stay was plagued by unclean conditions. Even after switching to another room, it was still extremely hot, and I had to wait for maintenance to fix the air conditioning. To top it off, there were no bags in the trash cans, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.

Chur, bro! The indoor pool was unusable, heaps dirty. But breakfast was sweet as and the staff were choice. Just fix the pool, eh?

The staff was friendly, offering assistance. I appreciated the free airport shuttle, which was a huge help. However, the facilities and customer service need significant improvement.

The fried rice at breakfast was a highlight, alongside the helpful staff, who provided excellent service. However, a major concern arose when my room's heating system failed to warm up, leaving it uncomfortably cold for hours. I appreciated the attempt to resolve the issue, but the lack of timely communication regarding room access was frustrating. In the end, while the food was satisfying and staff friendly, the discomfort and inconveniences left a considerable mark on my experience.

embassy suites is always a wonderful choice for us. their indoor pool is a highlight, and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. we had a lovely king suite with a tub that added to our comfort and relaxation during our 2-night stay.

just a small note, it would be great if all cameras outside were operational for safety reasons.

The staff was friendly, accommodating. They had free parking and breakfast, which I thought was a plus but it didn't make up for the issues. I found some comfort in knowing I booked with Hilton but man was I disappointed, the room needed serious TLC that I didn’t expect, not at this price.
