Prime location right across the street from the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive, checking in on us and accommodating our requests effortlessly. The room size was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, easing my back issues. the outdated decor felt a bit drab, and the balcony was marred by neighbors smoking weed, which really dampened our outdoor experience. Parking was excessively priced at $48 a day, making it frustrating when cheaper options were nearby. Access to rentals was handy, but the execution fell short—first come, first served left us out of luck.

Spectacular views from our oceanfront room. The sight of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach was nothing short of breathtaking. The Tiki Bar had great live music, creating a lively atmosphere. Staff were generally friendly, although professionalism fluctuated. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach, with many convenient shops nearby. issues arose with the elevator system—confusing and outdated. The room was smaller than expected and the air conditioning made it uncomfortable. While the bed was soft, it felt lumpy and needed attention. Cleanliness could be improved; towels were often missing by the pool. Food prices were high, but flavors were decent. Room for enhancement, yet the experience had its vivid moments.

perfect location! beach is right across the street. Premier Oceanfront Room had amazing views. loved the balcony for sunsets. the room was spacious with great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and coffee machine. friendly service, Nicole at front desk was super helpful. enjoyed the tiki bar with live music, plus great dining downstairs!

Fantastic beach access and close to great attractions!

Staying here was a dream come true with stunning beach views right across the street and tons of amazing attractions within short walking distances, like the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, and several delicious dining options just a few steps away, making it super easy to casually explore the area every day; the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our enjoyment overall, but I did find the parking fees to be a bit excessive, even though we discovered cheaper options just a block away.

Surrounded by lush greenery, we relished the short strolls to the lifeguarded golden sands during our stay. The multiple pools, tennis courts, and beach pathways provided ample entertainment.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' club or activities would enhance the family experience.

The ocean view room had a great balcony where we chilled and caught some amazing sunsets. The free daily equipment rentals from Beach Candy were a total score, and the Tiki bar downstairs served up some tasty bites. The only downside was the pricey valet parking but with all the other perks, it didn't put a damper on our awesome stay. 🌅

While the room lacked extra seating and kitchen facilities, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. the stay offered a mix of comfort and challenges.
