We always enjoy our stays at this hotel. The rooms are great, especially the ones in the far building with their large open balconies. The staff is super friendly and the area is kept very clean. This place is located in a very nice area and it's easy to get around. We even walked to a nearby market for lunch. The facilities are visually attractive and the parking lot feels very safe. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The only downside was the massive construction work by the pool, which ruined the otherwise lovely ambiance. However, considering all the other positive aspects of this hotel, we still highly recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tijuana. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurants were great, and the rooms were clean. The concierge was also very helpful. I especially loved the small dining area where they provided a wonderful breakfast buffet with homemade dishes. Despite being in a busy area, the room with two double beds was surprisingly quiet and allowed for a restful sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, making it easy to get in-and-out to everything around. It's situated in a very nice area, with government departments and law enforcement agencies nearby. The rooms are spacious, and some have great views. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also has computers and printing available for client use.

The walls are thin, so noise can be an issue at times.

Beautiful hotel with great location. Loved the pool area and the variety of dining options. Even though my confirmation email caused confusion, the staff was quick to resolve the issue and provide excellent service. Shower door was a bit wonky, but nothing that ruined my stay. I highly recommend staying at Lucerna.

The hotel offered excellent value for money with basic amenities, robes & slippers, balcony, bathtub, and breakfast included. The attentive staff were situated in a very nice location near a Michelin star restaurant, making it easy to explore the area.

The entire staff was friendly and attentive, from the housekeeper on the 6th floor to the waiters at the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the delicious food on the dinner menu and found it to be reasonably priced. The hotel's location was close enough to downtown to walk to, and we loved the amazing views from our rooms.

As a young family, we found Hotel Lucerna to be a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The staff was able to communicate well with my wife, who is American and does not speak Spanish. The pool was a great amenity, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants. The customer service at check-in was exceptional, especially considering our early 4:00am check-out. Monica, at the front desk, provided amazing service with a helpful and friendly attitude.

The bar had a great selection of drinks and the breakfast buffet was delicious. the hotel's location made it easy to get around and explore the city. the pool was a nice escape from the heat and had plenty of lounge chairs to relax on.

We chose Lucerna because it's walking distance to Michelin star restaurant Mision 19. The breakfast and Happy Hour on the VIP 5th floor were excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The small work out room, family-oriented pool, and nice bar were all great amenities. The on-premise restaurant was also impressive. The staff was super friendly and the facilities were impeccable. The hotel is located in a safe, clean area.

During our romantic escape, we truly enjoyed the comfortable and clean room. the bed was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was noticeable. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. Additionally, the spaciousness of the room provided us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. we struggled to get the heater in the room to work properly.

I recently stayed at Lucerna in Tijuana for a week-long vacation. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions, such as hospitals, restaurants, gyms, and bars. The beautiful pool area, complete with a bridge, made for some stunning wedding shots. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable accommodations exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff provided top-notch service throughout my stay.
