The complimentary shuttle service to the Mall of America was reliable and the drivers were friendly. The lobby area was beautiful and we loved the daily fruit infused water. The room service was delicious and the delivery time was quicker than expected. Special accommodations upon check-out were easily fulfilled. We would definitely stay here again!
