my stay was enjoyable with friendly staff who made me feel at home, and the hotel's proximity to popular attractions like the Mall of Asia and the amusement park made my city strolls so much easier and more exciting.

I had a grand time, especially enjoying the cozy nook in my room that was perfect for winding down. The staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, a mighty experience!

The excessive noise from adjacent rooms disrupts sleep, especially with the connecting door creating thin walls!!! The bathroom drain cleanliness could use more attention, as flooding indicates a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning!!! The air conditioning in public areas is uncomfortably cold!!!

Clean & quite spacious rooms! 🤩 The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making our stay enjoyable. Pool area had floaties! Breakfast had awesome options, just not all suited to our taste.

The staff were super friendly and always made us feel at home, especially during check-in. The room was lekker comfy, and the brekkie spread was just what we needed to kick off our days. Plus, the location is sharp-sharp—close to everything!

Breakfast was amazing! Rooftop pool was great. wifi barely worked at times.

The rooftop bar was a bit confusing. it was closed in the evening without clear hours posted. Also, the gym needs more equipment. it only had a few cycling bikes.

I can’t believe I had to retrieve my luggage myself after arriving. How utterly delightful! The shower’s half-glass was a refreshing surprise, as I never knew I wanted a floor puddle. I also expected an upgrade for all my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask. Almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

We loved the cool and spacious room, especially since we stayed with our five kids! The unique ice machine was a hit with everyone, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options that satisfied all our tastes. Bonus, the gym was clean and well-kept.

My kids wished for a bigger pool area for splashing fun.

We loved our family stay! The attentive breakfast staff made each morning special, serving a fantastic buffet. Just a tip, make sure to bring your entry cards if different floor stays, as it can limit your ability to visit family. The rooftop views were a nice bonus.

I had a lovely time during my 2-night stay. the breakfast was truly excellent, and the air conditioning kept me cool all night. I also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the room could have been a tad bigger, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊
