This hotel is a hidden gem with friendly and competent staff. The comfortable beds and location within walking distance of many attractions make this hotel the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Additionally, the free snacks available 24/7 and the beautiful heated pool are fantastic perks.

Everything about this hotel was pretty "lok kok".

I stayed at a hotel in a great location, which made it so easy to walk to all the hot spots in Hollywood. The room was spacious and comfortable, with free snacks and soft drinks available whenever I asked for them. The staff was outstanding, always happy to help and provide excellent service. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the outdoor seating by the pool was great. Plus, the free laundry service was a nice surprise.

The bathroom could have used a little bit of an update.

We arrived to a warm welcome and were upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool views. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service for ordering candy, snacks, drinks, and even a popsicle hotline. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure children are treated like royalty, with special surprises like balloons and birthday gifts. The location is perfect, with major attractions nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a magical and relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, the location is fantastic, being close to all the hot spots and famous Hollywood attractions. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated the option of having two queen beds to accommodate my family. Additionally, the included breakfast, although lacking cooked food, provided a good start to the day.

Over Thanksgiving, we stayed at a hotel where we were given complimentary snacks and drinks during our entire stay. The location was perfect for our family since it was close to many attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated how the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Additionally, the hotel provided a comfortable and cozy environment that made us feel at home.

We didn't encounter any negative experiences during our stay. However, it would have been nice if the hotel had a more extensive selection of items for the complimentary snacks and drinks.

Couldn't stay longer.

During our Easter stay, we really appreciated the complimentary snacks and ice cream. It was a fun treat that added some extra excitement to our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to easily walk to all the main areas and attractions, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Plus, the free laundry services were a huge bonus. It was so convenient to be able to clean our clothes without any extra charge.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. Firstly, the bathroom in our room was quite run down and parts of it were falling apart. It definitely could use some maintenance. Secondly, the dining table in our room was very flimsy and felt like it could collapse if we bumped it. It made us worried while we were trying to eat as a family. Lastly, we were unable to eat breakfast at the main pool area because there weren't enough tables for all the guests. It was frustrating to have to carry our breakfast to one of the furthest rooms away to eat.

The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a 24/7 heated pool and a fully equipped kitchen in the room. The staff were exceptional and provided excellent recommendations for dinner and nearby attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from famous Hollywood attractions like the Chinese theatre and the Walk of Fame. We also appreciated the complimentary extras like the continental breakfast and the nightly treats/ice cream.

For us, it was ideal.
