I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Madrid Centro for a few nights during my visit to this vibrant city. The front desk staff were truly exceptional, providing me with a warm welcome and fantastic service throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, city center restaurants, and the metro station. I also appreciated the 24-hour availability of refreshments in the downstairs dining area. Another unique touch was the provision of ear plugs to ensure a peaceful night's sleep despite occasional street noise. Lastly, the modern and spacious room, complete with a disco light bedhead, added a fun touch to my stay. The breakfast in a paper bag delivered to my door and the additional options in the basement eatery were a delicious way to start my mornings.

I had a fantastic stay at B&B Hotel in Madrid. The location was perfect for exploring the city's top attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The complimentary pastries and fruit delivered to my room each day were a delightful touch. The rooftop restaurant/bar offered a stunning view and delicious food. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect, just steps from Puerta Del Sol and close to all attractions. The free 24-hour coffee machine was a nice touch, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a large shower. The staff was accommodating and even arranged our taxi to the airport. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, close to all the important places to visit. We could easily walk to the most important sights or take a short ride on the metro. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, speaking English and offering great recommendations.

Nothing at all.

Located in the heart of a pedestrian zone, it offers endless options for restaurants and shops, as well as being within walking distance of everything. Additionally, it is close to the Sol train station. The rooms are spacious, quiet and have natural light. They have a communal room where coffee, juice and fruit are available. In the morning, guests are given a surprise bag on their door with a bottle of water and Danish pastries.

The hotel uses a tactic to attract tourists, with a restaurant on the sidewalk out front trying to rope guests into a meal every time they walk past.

great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The noodle place downstairs was pricey but excellent. They went above and beyond by giving us access to an extra room for our luggage during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and the surprise treats for our anniversary were a nice touch.

b&b hotel surpassed our expectations during our honeymoon trip. the location was unbeatable, right in the center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and the surprise croissants and water in the morning were a lovely touch.

Noisy room.

Great location near popular attractions. Rooms are clean and functional with useful amenities such as a fridge and complimentary snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. An added bonus is the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views. a fantastic value for money.

Stayed at a hotel in the center of town, surrounded by bars and great restaurants. The location was perfect, just a 100m walk to the metro and main square at SOL. The room was spacious and had a balcony, and even with the blind drawn, the rooms were well-lit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and breakfast was included, with fresh coffee served in the kitchen all day.

Stayed for two nights at B&B Hotel for its convenient location near the metro and Grand Via. The common kitchen area with free coffee and refreshments was a great addition. The morning breakfast bag, filled with a delicious croissant, water, and a cupcake, was a delightful surprise. The staff was attentive and the room was exceptionally clean. a wonderful experience at B&B Hotel!

The hotel was great for business travelers - excellent location, comfortable beds, and a clean room. The staff were helpful and provided breakfast every day. The hotel's lounge area and free coffee/tea/juice were an added bonus.

Felt like being at home - no reason to complain.

The hotel had a free common area with a kitchen where you can get water, juice, coffee, and fruits. Breakfast bags were also left every morning, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city close to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked changing the lighting under the bed.

The lobby was not well thought out. The Air-conditioner was managed by the hotel, and it wasn't working during morning time, which was a bit disappointing on the hot days in the city.
