Great Christmas vacation! The water park and lazy river were so much fun! We spent hours sliding and floating. The hotel's location right by the beach was also a huge plus. We loved snorkeling and exploring the underwater world. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a day of adventure.

The evening entertainment was a bit disappointing. We were hoping for more lively and engaging shows.

The facilities and activities at this hotel are absolutely amazing. The aqua park and fun city activities are perfect for both children and parents. The variety of food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The animation team is great and provides unique shows every night.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, with excellent hospitality. The animation team were very funny and kept me entertained throughout my stay. I really appreciated the leisure spa & wellness centre, with a sauna and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a night club and live entertainment. The aqua park and heated swimming pool were also great. Free Wi-Fi was available in public areas, and there was on-site car parking available.

The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The pools are spacious and never feel crowded, even when the hotel is fully booked. The food quality is excellent with a wide variety of options available at all times. The hotel is family-friendly, offering many activities for children. a fantastic experience.

The hotel is amazing! The gardens are beautiful and well-kept, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We especially loved the rooms with balconies overlooking the pool, which were cleaned to a high standard by our fantastic cleaner and had an additional heater.

Location is great, with the hotel just at the beach and close to Hurghada airport. The staff are respectful and try to make you happy, especially in the reception and pool areas. Food has a decent variety and some restaurants are really good, with beautifully presented pastries and good French cuisine. The water slides are the best and pool water is heated, perfect for kids.

Some areas of the hotel are tired and may need a refurb, the bed quality is sometimes poor and the building doesn't quite match the pictures.

What an amazing Easter break! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the sea. But what really stood out were the complimentary activities, including the foam party and Luna park for kids. The food was also incredibly tasty and varied with lots of options.

The small size of the gym and its early closing time. Another issue was that there was only one towel center serving the pools and water park.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat fit for royalty with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. The swimming pool was pristine and the bar/lounge area was inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses with a variety of delicious dishes.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the room's air conditioning, which could have been cooler for my personal preference.
