The staff at the hotel, from Felipe at the front desk to all the other employees, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though I booked last minute, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The hotel had a range of facilities, including pools suitable for both adults and children, and fantastic children's entertainers. The all-inclusive buffet had a wide variety of options, and the nearby waterpark was a hit with families.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Mallorca and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right by a beautiful beach, making it a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at this place were incredibly welcoming and professional, from the receptionists to the waiters. They were always ready to help and provide excellent service. The rooms were clean and stylish, and I appreciated the attention to detail in providing amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. It was also convenient to have a balcony or terrace where I could enjoy the view and relax. this hotel offered a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the hotel had great Christmas decorations that made us feel right at home. we absolutely loved the fact that the hotel was located near the main beach and the main street with all the shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere within a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the food options were a bit limited, especially for vegetarians. It would have been great to see more variety, but we still managed to find a few dishes that we enjoyed.

The lifts in the hotel are quite small and can be a bit of a hassle, especially during peak times.
