The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for extra privacy. The hostel had a great atmosphere, with a cozy lobby and a nice terrace. The location was excellent, with two metro stations nearby and easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor. The wifi was super fast, perfect for both work and leisure. it was a great place to stay during our romantic escape.

There were a few minor inconveniences. The lockers at reception had an extra charge, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities, such as the free citrus-infused water dispenser and touch-to-pad card-keys for the lift and bedroom doors, added convenience and comfort to my stay. I also appreciated the small details, like the thick bed curtains and small nightlight, that enhanced my privacy and comfort. I was so impressed with my experience that I ended up extending my stay for three weeks!

The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.

I wish there was a mini fridge in the bedroom.

The rooftop terrace with a sunny spot was amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing there. The bedroom had thick red curtains, providing privacy and darkness. The en suite bathroom had good lighting and a great shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The restaurant/bar had friendly staff and served the best aperol spritz. The hostel also offered cinema nights and city tours.
