We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The hotel is located right by the lakefront, making it super convenient for all the activities on the lake. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and helpful bell staff available. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with complimentary drinks and chocolate in the bar fridge. And the view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking Lake Lucerne and the mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more pleasant stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel located right on the lake with a stunning view. The staff made our visit special, upgrading us to a gorgeous lake view room and leaving Swiss chocolates for my husband's birthday. The breakfast was delicious, and there was easy free parking. The hotel offered a massage service and had well-appointed rooms with window seats for enjoying the views.

The city break location was stunning, with beautiful lake views from the restaurant and a private beach area. We loved that there were fresh fruits available for free at any time on the first floor, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with an omelette station and a rare Swiss brand of bean-to-cup machine for cappuccino.

The internet was very poor and only worked on iPhones and iPads.

I had a wonderful stay at Seehotel Waldstatterhof Swiss Quality. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the terrace restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the fresh fruit and coffee available 24/7 were a nice touch. The choice of pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep. The parking was ample and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view and excellent service.

As a family, we loved the spectacular views of the snow-covered Alps and tranquil lake from our lake facing room. The breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. The hotel's location right on the lake was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
