the room was huge, clean, and comfy with a lovely balcony view of the hill. staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. perfect location at the tip of sairee beach, close to the pier for easy access.

I enjoyed pretending to be a gourmet food critic at the "world-renowned" restaurant. the garden was my personal jungle. I had a blast hunting for the mythical laundry service.

I loved the feeling of abandonment - very meditative.

Dirty room, unfriendly staff, lacks amenities. Moved rooms due to broken aircon. No breakfast, non-existent service. Would not recommend this place. the only positive was the location and the hot water in the shower. View from balcony nice. Had to pay for aircon. Staff disappeared when needed, phone number for help. Room clean, spacious, comfortable. Location convenient, close to the beach.
