the ibis is so close to the city centre shopping mall, and the room was super clean. i found out there's a metro station nearby - which is handy. the staff were really helpful, and i got to have late check-out too.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Deira City Centre for three days. The variety and freshness of the food were good, and the ambiance of the hotel was very pleasing. The staff was quick in cleaning the tables and taking back the empty plates, ensuring a clean dining experience. They were also attentive in refilling the food items timely. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Metro and opposite Carrefour, with many restaurants nearby. The internet connectivity was reliable, and the room was cleaned daily. The friendly and helpful staff at the reception added to the positive experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent a great Xmas here! Absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast and the fast Wi-Fi in the room. The location was perfect - right next to the mall and easy to grab a taxi. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.

The room itself was a bit cramped and the bathroom could have been bigger. , there was a bit of a musty odor in the hallway that was a bit unpleasant.

I had a lovely stay here. The location was very convenient, right across from a big mall in the business district. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the room service was excellent. They had great amenities in the room like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe.

One thing they could improve on is the reception desk and cleaners who need to do better with their services. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
