Great value for the money with a clean and modern room. the location near the Museum of the Future was fantastic, and the staff, especially Mrs Amal and Mr Aymen, made my stay amazing.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety.

The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the World Trade Center and close to a metro station. The staff quickly provided extra water and a towel when requested. Despite some inconveniences like creaky beds and room renovations, the fast check-in process and helpful staff made for an overall pleasant stay.

staying at Ibis was a delight. the team members were incredibly welcoming and attentive. the location, just 2 minutes from the metro station, made getting around easy. the sustainable practices, like wooden toothbrushes and minimal plastic, were commendable. overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service.

Had a great stay near Dubai Mall, LOVED the Filipino room! Service was top-notch, especially the fantastic breakfast by Mr Ashar. Definitely coming back!

Although the room space was a bit tight and basic, the location next to the WTC was truly convenient. the lounge was spacious, and the staff kindly accommodated my late breakfast request. the Wi-Fi was excellent and check-in/out was efficient. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
