We had an amazing stay for my husband's birthday. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special, with balloons, banners, and chocolates in the room. The restaurant served delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, but still in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were excellent and knowledgeable, helping us book tickets. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and good value for money. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond by leaving chocolates for my daughters. The location was quiet and the female staff were friendly and polite. The hotel had lovely seating areas inside and out.

our recent honeymoon stay in chester was made even more memorable at brookside hotel & restaurant. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the breakfast was a delicious surprise, with a variety of new flavors to try. we loved the peaceful location and comfortable rooms.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely time. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was to die for, I especially enjoyed the full breakfast and the salmon and scrambled eggs. , the location was convenient with a bus stop at the end of the street and only a short walk into the city centre.

The room was a bit small, not enough space for both our bags on the floor. , the decor was a bit dated and the ceiling tiles in the shower room looked old and needed replacing.
