The staff at this hotel were incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The spa treatments were amazing, and we also enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea. The size of the rooms and beds were perfect, providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel's location in the center of town was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore the area. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic, with a good selection to choose from.

Had a wonderful experience during my Christmas stay. The upgraded suite was amazing, with luxurious amenities and a spacious layout. The breakfast in the Brasserie was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The central location and nearby parking were convenient for exploring the area.

There was no pool available during my stay, and the spa was not open on the day I arrived. The room could have been cleaner, and some areas needed repairs.

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in a beautiful city center. The deluxe double room was spacious and immaculate, with a huge marble bathroom. The staff were charming and we were impressed with the valet parking. The breakfast was really nice and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel offers a limo service and convenient parking options.

The noise from the pipes in our room was disruptive and woke us up early in the morning.

A luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all needs. The staff was attentive, providing exceptional service with a Spa & wellness centre that offered a variety of massages. The full body massage was superb, and the private facilities were a bonus that added to the experience. The Bar/ Lounge area provided excellent drinks and a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic, with special diet menus available.

Rooms are well-equipped with bathrobe, coffee maker, safe, minibar, and iron. Location is central, with Avon River nearby for scenic walking. Staff are professional, polite, and friendly. Michelin-starred restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience. Hotel oozes grandeur and keeps high standards.

our stay at grosvenor was perfect - a luxurious room, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. it surpassed our expectations, even better than our previous stay in chester. kudos to grosvenor for the extra touch of a chocolate cake on our wedding day.
