I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport for a birthday celebration. Our third stay at this hotel, it surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect, right opposite a shopping park with a variety of dining options and retail shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including a cooler and ironing board. The breakfast had a great selection and the front of house staff was amazing. Special mention to the receptionist who checked us in and out, she made us feel incredibly welcome. The free car park was a bonus. a brilliant hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to a shopping center and gym. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, including fruit and yogurt.

The rooms were a bit dated and the air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade. We had to switch rooms due to the heat, but thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and found us a cooler room.
