our spontaneous day trip to eastbourne turned into a wonderful surprise thanks to riviera. the hotel was surprisingly clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was a real treat too, with delicious options and lovely service.

Bathroom could use a shelf.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient unloading bay and discounted parking cards for the seafront. The sea view and sounds were delightful, and our single room with a view was clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was ample and appetising. For a budget price, it felt like a little luxury stay!

Just had an amazing Easter break at a hotel by the sea. Loved that the staff were always present and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and with a view of the sea. The breakfast choices were superb, with many juices, cereals, croissants, and jams to choose from. , there was a great range of cooked breakfast options with plenty of bread and unlimited tea and coffee.

The only disappointing thing about my stay was the parking. There was no allocated parking for residents, and some of my friends had to park very far away.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning views of the beach and pier. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance of the Hippodrome theatre and the train station. The breakfast provided was delicious and great value for money, with freshly cooked food and generous portions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always went out of their way to assist with any requests.

The room we stayed in was quite small and had a limited view. The shower was also on the small side and lacked a power setting.
