oh where do I start? the breakfast was basic, with only sad scrambled eggs that looked, well, rather ill. also, no fresh milk for coffee, just repulsive UHT. I expected a complimentary treat for all my trouble but got nothing, just chilly nights thanks to a duvet that’s barely even a blanket. very dissapointing!

Clean room, friendly staff, and just a 10-minute stroll from the nearby transportation, providing easy access to explore the area. breakfast options were good and included in the stay, adding to the convenience.

Couldn’t ask for better.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, the location is merely 350 metres from Stratford High Street which makes exploring the area easy, and the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options.

Everything was top-notch.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi number, which made everything easier. Always a comfortable stay with friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Consider asking for a room away from the boiler area to avoid noise disruptions during your stay.

The breakfast had a fantastic variety with plenty of hot and cold items along with efficient self-service coffee options.

The room had outdated furniture, which gave it a somewhat neglected appearance and might need refreshing to improve the overall guest experience.

Can recommend for a city escape

Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and I enjoyed the well-equipped room with a flat-screen TV along with convenient access to the nearby train station just a 5-minute walk away.

the bed was unbelievably hard, I couldn’t sleep a wink. breakfast was an ordeal as the food was lukewarm and I ended up with hair on my plate. it’s shocking I didn’t recieve a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t with this level of disreguard for comfort.

Lift noise interrupted my sleep both nights.

Great location close to numerous attractions. Friendly and efficient staff made my stay enjoyable. the dining area was spacious with plenty of seating.

However, the breakfast options were a bit repetitive. and the lack of variety in food choices could be improved.

Staying with my son's family was a blast! We loved the spacious breakfast offerings – the kids especially enjoyed the variety of tasty options. Nearby, we took a trip on the London Eye, which was a hit with everyone.

My kids wished for better ventilation in the room.

Had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was excellent, especially the sausages, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Only downside was the coffee machine at breakfast. I prefer fresh brew. Would definitely choose this place again!

The room was spacious and had a king-size bed with all the essentials like tea and coffee, a hair dryer, and an iron. Loved the modern bathroom with a fantastic shower too!
