During our stay at K West Hotel & Spa, we were impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Aurora, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience truly remarkable. Her friendly and accommodating nature set a high standard for customer service.

The workload seemed overwhelming, resulting in some confusion with our orders. Understandably, we didn't want to bother him further, given his busy schedule.

Room with accessible shower, free parking for disabled guests, helpful staff carried bags, spacious and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities like tea, coffee, toiletries, safe, wardrobe provided. Friendly check-in and special touches for wedding guests. Delicious cocktails, good room service, polite bar staff. a great stay with nearby bars and restaurants, handy ice machine, mini fridge, and a relaxing spa experience.

The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the metro station and Westfield Mall. Restaurants and cafes were abundant, making it convenient for dining. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.

The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The shower in the room was incredibly powerful, providing a refreshing start to the day. having the room key as an app on my phone was a convenient feature.

The view from our room, which was advertised as a garden view but only opened onto a small patch of gravel with litter. The room also had a slightly outdated bathroom with doors showing signs of wear and tear.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping complex and a large mall. It is close to the tube station and offers easy access to a rail line. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and make use of the spa facilities and great views.

Some guests may find the initial navigation to the hotel from the tube station a bit tricky.

We had a great stay at the hotel during our visit to Westfield shopping centre. The location was perfect, with easy access to the centre and Tube station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was exceptionally clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. Although we didn't have time to use the spa facilities this time, we hope to do so on our next visit.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Shepherd's Bush underground station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I especially appreciated the excellent room service and the efficient housekeeping services. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing massage and enjoyed the facilities like the hydrotherapy pool and sauna. the level of service and quality at this hotel was top-notch.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was conveniently located near Olympia for the exhibition. The staff were polite, efficient, and even provided a complimentary upgrade. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was tasty and well presented. The bedroom was comfortable, although the wifi signal was slow. The hotel had a car park and allowed us to keep our car there after check-out. The proximity to Westfield Shopping Centre was a plus.
