Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were beautifully clean. Food was delicious, especially the seafood platter. Entertainment on Saturday was great. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Night porter was welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast portions were generous and tasty. The goats cheese starter was amazing.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. the restaurant offered a great selection and the dishes were presented beautifully. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the nearby Mournes Area.

There were a couple of issues with the amenities in the room. the bathroom plumbing needs updating, as it took quite a while to adjust the shower water temperature and there was a leak in the sink faucet.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and inviting, creating a pleasant environment.

The noise from outside, which sometimes disturbed my sleep. It would have been better if the hotel had provided better soundproofing to minimize the noise.

Stayed at the Kilmorey for the weekend with my mum and sisters, the whole weekend was fantastic. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the food was great. The room was very comfortable, with a huge bathroom, and the location was perfect for a nice walk to the promenade and harbour area. Special thanks to Chelsea, Paul, Eamon, and Brenda for their excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The value for money at Kilmorey Arms was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room and a large ensuite. The hotel's central location and on-site parking were also convenient. The staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome, making us feel at home during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the beach, perfect for exploring County Down. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for a day of walking in the Mourne Mountains. We also enjoyed the outside sunny garden and bar, a great spot to relax in the evening.

The noise from the event downstairs was a bit disruptive at times.

The Kilmorey Arms Hotel was a great find for me and my friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, with reasonable prices for both the rooms and the delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the well-decorated rooms to the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very good, allowing us easy access to the main road for when we were leaving, as well as a nice walk to the promenade and harbor area. If I'm ever in the area again for sightseeing visits to the Mourne Mountains and Carlingford and Strangford Loughs, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a fantastic week at this hotel. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with a great range of facilities. The location was also perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach and adjacent to a lovely beer garden. Additionally, being so close to the Carlingford vehicular ferry made exploring the area even more convenient.

Stayed at the Kilmorey Arms for an event in Newcastle. Friendly check-in, clean and comfortable room with a large ensuite. Delicious food in the bar, especially the chowder. Prompt and friendly service. Ordered breakfast in bed, arrived after a quick call to reception and was worth the wait. Central location with on-site parking. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant and helpful staff made check-in/out very easy and quick. Room was spacious and spotless clean with a large bathroom containing both a bath and a shower, perfect for families. Location was great for visiting County Down's tourist sites and a short walk from the harbour/beach.

No air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortably warm at night. At times, noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep.
