Fantastic location near the iconic Millennium Bridge and stunning views of the river and surrounding buildings. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade granola.

There were also some issues with overcharging on check-in, although this was quickly resolved. The bar staff seemed a bit disorganized and could improve their service.

Incredible value for money, with a great room and stunning river view. The central location made exploring the city a breeze, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Great location with river view, good decor, and excellent parking. Quick and efficient check-in process. Room size was decent for a couple of nights, with a great shower and comfy bed. The restaurant Chez Mal provided a lovely booth seating arrangement for our anniversary celebration and the food was truly amazing. Will definitely book again.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The room size was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Even with a race the next morning, the noise pollution was minimal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The view of the river from my room was breathtaking, making the upgrade well worth it. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Located in a lovely area right opposite the Millennium bridge, this hotel offers a convenient base to explore the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfy beds and fresh, crisp linen. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, with lovely toiletries and large, soft towels. The staff are excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. The breakfast is delicious, with options like yogurt and homemade granola. The views of the Tyne and the bridge are gorgeous, adding to the overall appeal of the hotel.

The reception area and bedroom corridors can be a bit gloomy due to low lighting and dark colors.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect with plenty of outside areas for bars and restaurants in the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we couldn't fault them at all. They provided excellent service from the moment we checked in, all the way until we checked out. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV. The dining experience at the restaurant was superb, with a wide range of delicious dishes available. The bar/lounge area was also a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where we indulged in a relaxing massage. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were convenient amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants with outside areas nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. My room was lovely, with great amenities including tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe. The hotel also had a fitness centre and spa & wellness facilities, which were great for relaxation. I couldn't fault the high-quality services provided by the staff and the hotel during my stay.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed me and my partner beforehand that reservations were needed for the restaurant. Despite this, the staff were helpful and accommodating when we requested a table.

Loved the spacious room with blackout curtains, comfy bed, and nice bathroom. The staff serving breakfast were really lovely. Great location on the Quayside, close to the city centre and By The River Brew Co. Bargain price too!

We enjoyed the complementary water and cookies in the room, as well as the free Wi-Fi. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and a variety of shops and restaurants. The size of the room was also a plus.

The receptionist was not friendly at all and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than at her job. The noise from the gym kept us awake until late at night making our stay less enjoyable.

Staff friendly, helpful, amazing. Spectacular location, easy to get around. Outstanding breakfast. Lovely hotel, fantastic staff.
