The Clarendon Hotel exceeded our expectations with its stunning sea views and spacious Sunrise Suite. The room easily accommodated five people and had an excellent coffee machine. The mini bar and Jacuzzi bath were nice touches, and the staff were lovely. We were also pleased with the fair room rates and the friendly lady who greeted us at reception. The hotel's location was excellent, right on the beachfront and close to the town center. a great place to stay for those seeking a direct touch with nature.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel right on the beach, with a stunning view of the pier. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the town and other restaurants. the facilities, such as the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

It would have been even better if there was easy parking available.

Amazing sea view rooms, nice restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk. Clean, warm, and nicely decorated rooms. Good-sized bathroom. Complimentary bottled water, cereal bars, milk, tea, and Nescafe. Convenient air conditioning and adjustable radiator temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was superb - right across the road from the pier and on the waterfront. It was so convenient to have the beach just a few steps away. Secondly, the staff were outstanding. They were always friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The rooms were also lovely, with bunk beds and beautiful views. Plus, I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and that fresh milk was provided for my morning coffee. Lastly, the included breakfast was a nice touch, starting the day off right.

No breakfast available from the hotel, only burger and cocktail bar on weekends. Junior suite with sea view was not initially booked, had to be moved to the third floor.

Our room was immaculate and marked as sanitized, with antibac wipes provided. The sunrise suite offered breathtaking views, and the air conditioning was a much-needed relief on a hot weekend. The memory foam bed was incredibly cozy, and the kids loved having their own TV and bunk beds. The location couldn't be better, just across from the beach and close to delicious ice cream and fish and chips. Despite the lack of parking, we found a nearby car park at a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience.

Despite being located above a restaurant, the hotel was surprisingly quiet after 11PM, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was cosy, comfortable, and had great facilities. The shower was amazing. The meal at Burger Bros had a 10% discount. The beach-themed decor was lovely. Having our own front door was convenient. The bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower and deep bath. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance of everything.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at the Clarendon, overlooking the beautiful seafront. The Light house Suite was perfect for our needs and the friendly lady who welcomed us went the extra mile to help with our luggage. The complimentary breakfast and clean, tidy rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was fantastic, with buzzing local bars and eateries just steps away. We also had a fantastic lunch at The slow food cafe down the street. we highly recommend this gem of a hotel on the beach!

Loved spending Easter weekend in a seaside hotel with fantastic sea views. the rooms were spacious and had a lot of natural light with some rooms having four large windows. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was right on the beach and there were many places to go for a walk nearby. the staff were also very friendly and made us feel right at home. the hotel also provided a lot of amenities like bottled water and cereal for breakfast. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the heated floor in the bathroom which made it very comfortable to use even on a colder day.

Disliked the fact that there were some issues with the room's interiors. the main bed had an additional foam layer which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
