Stayed here for the first time and was impressed. Great value for the price we paid; included breakfast with our rate. The hotel has a prime location in the heart of downtown near the Convention Center and several restaurants. The service from the staff was exemplary, and our room with two queen beds and a view was spacious and comfy.

All in all, nothing could be better.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in a perfect spot near lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, it's very close to the Convention Center. The staff at the reception desk were really helpful and able to assist us with everything we needed. We had a great experience with room service and the bell staff too!

There were some issues that affected my experience. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with a hairball and dirty sock found upon arrival.

The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. It was also located close to many restaurants and attractions, making it very convenient.

The room was very cramped and felt outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Greenville for a few nights and it was perfect for my travel purpose. The location was excellent and I loved how it was within walking distance to the wonderful Main Street. The staff were top-notch and made me feel special from the moment I arrived. The comfortable chaise lounge in my room was a great spot to relax after a long trip. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV was a nice addition. The hotel had easy access to an ice machine and the bathroom supplies were good. I also appreciated the convenient side entry for loading and unloading our car. The glass elevators offered fantastic interior views and added to the overall atmosphere. The lobby had a cozy vibe with background jazz music and a helpful array of literature about the area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal, close to Bon Secours Wellness Arena and downtown. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The lobby was beautiful with two restaurants and a Starbucks. The staff was friendly and remembered my name even after 3 days. The shower was excellent.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown Greenville. The location was perfect, situated near all the cool shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were truly amazing, especially the woman at check-in who was kind and funny. The rooms were outstanding, with plenty of space to spread out and a comfortable bed with pillows. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in our rate, it was a great value for money.

The only downside to this hotel was a minor issue with the pool. It was locked when it was supposed to be open and the staff didn't provide a clear explanation.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with a great location. We didn't need to use our car at all, as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The staff, especially Rachel at check-in, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rachel went out of her way to make our stay special, offering us champagne and a refrigerator in our room, or a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the TV was huge!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
