Great views and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a new and convenient hotel in Clayton. The hotel itself was immaculate, with very nice rooms that had comfortable beds and linens. I especially enjoyed having a couch and balcony in my room. The bathroom was also nice and very clean. The hotel property was beautiful both inside and out, and the staff was great. They even discounted our room after my sister had an accident and cut her foot on an ottoman. The hotel dining areas were exceptional, with excellent food and fabulous views. I had an awesome stay and will definitely be back.

Our weekend at 1000 Islands Harbor was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our stay was comfortable and laid-back. The wedding reception we attended was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The hotel has an amazing view of the St. Lawrence River, and we witnessed a spectacular sunset from the front patio. Our room provided every amenity and comfort we needed, and the bottle of champagne we received topped off a wonderful stay. The surprise coffee selection on our floor each morning was a nice touch, eliminating the need to go to the lobby for a cup.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was incredible, right on the river and within walking distance to the charming town where we enjoyed outside dining at the nearby restaurants. The hotel itself was stunning, both inside and out. The landscaping was beautifully done, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, with tile and hardwood floors, a comfortable bed with decorative pillows, and a spacious and clean bathroom with a lovely standup shower. We were also delighted to find a balcony with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the river. Another highlight was the Starbucks coffee stations located on each floor and in the lobby, included with our stay. This was a wonderful touch that added to our overall experience. We would definitely come back to this hotel and would even consider checking out other harbor hotels in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed and allowed us to take advantage of all the area has to offer.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the mornings, which was a nice touch.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior at the front desk.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel. The location is perfect, right on the main street with stunning river views. The room was comfortable and I loved the window seat overlooking the river. The coffee/tea station by the elevator was a nice touch. The bar and restaurant had great special offers and the staff were lovely. The pool and hot tub were a relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended this hotel to friends. The turn down service with chocolates and daily newspaper were appreciated. Easy parking and a truly marvelous stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was the best hotel I've ever been to! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the turn down service with chocolates was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balconies had a breathtaking view of the river, with gas fire pits and Adirondack chairs to enjoy. a 5-star vacation experience!

Pros of my stay at 1000 Islands Harbor: The stunning river views from our balcony were truly breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping drinks by the cozy fire pits while taking in the beautiful sunsets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved the convenience of being able to stroll into the charming village of Clayton, with its lovely shops and the Antique Boat Museum. The short drive to Alexandria Bay for the 1000 Island boat tours was also a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for its picturesque location and friendly staff.

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I loved sitting out there and watching the boats go by on the river. The room decor was beautiful and modern, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel staff, especially Trey, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
