Clean rooms and friendly breakfast staff made mornings nice.

The brekkie was solid and hot, and the shuttle service was super handy! Got to check in early, which was a lekka surprise after a long trip. Staff at reception was friendly and sorted us out quick-long.

Only downer was the aircon in the room was a bit noisy, but it wasn't a biggie for us. Overall, a nice spot near the airport.

The complimentary evening snacks and the staff's willingness to help with transport suggestions made our stay memorable. Enjoyed the peaceful pool area, and the waffle station at breakfast was a delightful surprise!

The bed setup leaves a lot to be desired!!! It’s like they forgot the ruffle was supposed to fit properly!!! And why not add a couple of extra chairs to that ample space? Lighting needs clarity too!!!

My experience with the staff left much to be desired. The appalling lack of customer service really marred my overall stay, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

Sjoe, the staff were super friendly and even helped us with a last-minute pack and play for our little one. Plus, the brekkie was lekker, eco-friendly, and had smooth yogurt smoothies. No stress with the shuttle either. on point for our airport trip!

Just wish there was a bit more variety in the fruit for brekkie, ag man!

The spacious Queen suite was perfect for our family of 5. The large pool was a hit! We enjoyed the free airport shuttle and the lounge bar was a great place to unwind after a long day.

After arriving at midnight, I was thrilled with how quick the free shuttle got us to the hotel, and the comfy beds were a blessing after a long day. The outdoor swimming pool and nearby IHOP were perfect spots to relax and grab some food. Just a heads up, the hallway carpets could use some TLC, but it didn't take away from my stay at all. 😊

Had a great stay with friends! The location was perfect for us, just minutes from the airport and near shops. Breakfast was hot and tasty, and the shuttle was super convenient. If you want to unwind, check out Ventura Country Club or Eagle Creek Golf Club. Highly recommend this place for a group!

The outdoor pool was inviting, albeit a bit too cool when the sun hid behind the clouds. A nearby selection of restaurants within walking distance added to the charm of the stay, although the fitness center, while well-equipped, was a bit on the small side.

The staff was extremely helpful (thanks for the airport shuttle! ). The breakfast had a great selection for all tastes and was well presented. The location is perfect for walking to nearby dining and shopping.

The lighting in the room was a bit confusing and could use clearer signage. A little more variety in breakfast options would be great too.

I had a fantastic stay here, from the friendly staff at the breakfast area who went out of their way to help me to the spacious and clean room that offered a great setup for my weekend getaway. plus, being just a short stroll from Airport Lakes Park made my morning walks a real treat to unwind and breathe in some fresh air before starting my adventures.
